C# connector for BigClown dongle

works on SerialPort class and COM protocol. Created for clasic .NET applications (winforms, windows service, etc). probably can be converted to work under Devices (Windows IoT) cannot be built under NET.Standard, SerialPort is not supproter in UWP apps
