0. Install Visual Studio Community 2015.
   • To install SQL Server LocalDB, check on [Windows and Web Development]>[Microsoft SQL Server Data Tools].
1. Open and build the solution in Visual Studio. Necessary NuGet packages will be automatically downloaded.
2. Set Mocha.Refs.Web project as StartUp project.
3. Run the application.
