Searches a database for people

To run this project, clone it, build, and run. All setup is included. The project utilizes the built-in SQLServer inside Visual Studio.

Unit tests for the server are located in the unit test project. Unit tests for the client are housed in the component directories. You will need to run the np test command to run Angular tests.
