OneDrive: Beta Write Disabled

Box.Net: Zero

TODO: Split Init funcionality, having the OAUTH Login separated from the initialization, for non GUI application login. FileSystemResult is lacking fine error results, create an enum, with possible errors, and add it to the FileSystemResult. Enable Writing.
