Quick utility to display time in different time zones.

Use the wrench icon in the corner to open the settings screen
The top pair of lists corresponds to the top portion of the app, which is the current time in the selected time zones
The bottom pair of lists corresponds to the bottom portion of the app, which accepts any date and/or time to be converted
