This takes data provided by a TCS34725 RGB sensor and uses it to pull data down from The Color API (http://thecolorapi.com) and displays it to the user. This data includes values and fraction data for RGB, CMYK, HSL, HSV and XYZ color coding as well as the closest hex value for the color. Coded in C# for Windows IoT Core.
