1. Download and install the .NET Core SDK
   • If you don't have localdb available on your system, Download and install SQL Server Express
2. Open a terminal such as PowerShell, Command Prompt, or bash and navigate to the src/Clarity.Api folder
3. Run the following dotnet commands:

dotnet build
dotnet run

4. Open your browser to: https://localhost:5001.
5. Download and install the node package manager
6. Open a terminal such as PowerShell, Command Prompt, or bash and navigate to the src/Clarity.App folder
7. Run the following commands:

npm install -g @angular/cli
npm install
ng serve

8. Open your browser to: https://localhost:4200.
