Needs Microsoft.Management.Infrastructure.dll from the Windows SDK to compile

This was originally developed as an internal tool, which is why the git history starts with Version 1.0.3 already.
The private history had some hardcoded values specific to our environment that I did not want to share publicly.

This is also the reason why the interface is in german, sorry.
