A chm plugin for sharpDox

The Microsoft HTML Help Compiler is required in order to compile chm files. The Microsoft HTML Help Compiler is distributed as part of the Microsoft HTML Help Workshop, available for free:

Install it, run sharpDox and set the correct path in the chm settings.
