Study of techiniques of metrics to support activities of project management. The techiniques to measure and metrics used in this project is Function Point and COCOMO that help managers and team to know the size of work to be done, to be possible to estimate the time to conclude works and the resources to be consumed during the project. The result of this project will help managers of future projects start the work knowing size of the final product, and on this way, time and resources to be consumed during the work.
