Google Maps Engine Connector for ArcGIS Desktop(tm) allows your to authenticate with your Google Account, list maps you have access to and view and interact with them within ArcGIS Desktop.

The connector is provided by Google for public use and modification, but is not covered under the Google Maps Engine service level agreement or technical support services.
To install the Google Maps Engine Connector for ArcGIS Desktop(tm), download the Google Maps Engine Connector for ArcGIS Desktop.esriAddin file (from arcgis.com) to a local Windows machine running ArcGIS Desktop 10.0, 10.1, or 10.2. Click on the .esriAddin file to install the addon. Once installed, open ArcMap and enable the Google Maps Engine Connector for ArcGIS Desktop extension from the menu.
* Enabled after a successful login.
** Enabled after a successful map search.
*** Enabled once a vector layer is selected.
The Google Maps Engine Connector for ArcGIS Desktop will inform you via a dialog when opening ArcMap. You can download the new version of the connector by clicking on the notification.
