How to build FAMOUSO?

1. edit make/config.mk and choose the platform for which FAMOUSO has to be built
2. type make in the main directory
3. change to the tools directory and type make "tool" which you want to build
    -for some tools (ech-can) you have to fulfill prerequisites like an
     installed pcan-lib if you want to use the peak-CAN library
