Monitor your PC using your Android device!

Download the server application using the link above. Extract all files somewhere and run the application as administratos. An icon should appear at your system tray, right click it and select 'Open Firewall'. Now you can connect from the phone app by typing in your computer's IP address (default port is 28622). If you want to access the server through the Internet you will have to setup port forwarding.
Computer Monitor uses HoloColorPicker by LersWerkman. HoloCircularProgressBar.java is based on CircularProgressBar by Pascal Welsch. The server used the OpenHardwareMonitorLibrary.
