To start the project:

1. Install Event Store

2. Launch Event Store using command :

   EventStore.ClusterNode.exe --db ./db --log ./log --run-projections=all --start-standard-projections=true
   

3. Set AccountBalance.Api as StartUp Project, build &run the project
