A small Windows console utility to report useful information about IIS logs.
Have you ever had to analyse IIS log files for various statistics? Want to know how many hits your website has had, or whether a particular range of IPs are accessing certain resources on your site? This is the tool for you!
Of course, a real one would be soooooo much larger!

iislogmuncher [options] filelist
-c: count number of records in the file
-h: show help text
-i: ignore blank lines
-s <number>: number of lines to skip at the start of the file
-t <number>: how many records to show in summaries
> iislogmuncher -c -s 2 input.log
Show a count of the number of records, skip the first 2 lines of the file and use
input.log as the input file.
> iislogmuncher -i -t5 log1.log log2.log
Ignore any blank lines in the files and show the top 5 entries for the stats. Use two
files for input and report on each separately.
> iislogmuncher -h
Display the help information and exit.
