Setting up MonoDevelop to work on the addin
===========================================
1. Build the project
2. Add symlinks from Mono-D/bin/Debug/* to your MonoDevelop AddIns folder
3. In the solution view, choose MonoDevelop.D -> Properties -> Run -> Custom Commands
    a. Choose Execute
    b. Set you MonoDevelop.exe as Commands
    c. Set your MonoDevelop.exe folder as Working Directory
4. Press F5 to debug
