MaterialDesignInXamlToolkit Prism.Wpf ReactiveProperty MahApps.Metro EntityFrameworkCore.Sqlite を使用しています。

ToDoListMaterialDesign.sln を Visual Studio 2019 Community で開き、ビルド後にデバッグ実行します。
