Create a Congnitive Services Resource

1. After your resource is successfully deployed, click on Go to resource.
2. From the quickstart pane that opens, you can access your key and endpoint.
3. Configure the Microsoft Cognitive Services Keys in web.config file of the Hx.Demo.CognitiveServices.Services project with the key and the enpoint.
