SteamBoat is a realtime yacht REST data service. It provides a simple API to interact with 
several different applications that provide boat data.

The goal is to be able to transmit data from a computer located in a safe place, to mobile 
devices that can be held by the user on deck.

- Make it run as a windows service, as a self hosted WebAPI project
