This project is a client apllication for downloading and analyzing results of Russian Parliament election.
Currently it supports two sources:
- kartaitogov.ru ("Golos")
- RuElect.com

The purpose of the app is allowing to have an offline copy of all "alternative" election protocols.

Russian election on 4th of December 2011 was staged and have a lot of violations. "Alternative" protocols make this clear.
"Alternative" protocols are protocols which were brought by independent observers from election comissions.
