Select TaxCalculator.API as start up project and run Update-Database command in Package Manager Console to create localdb TaxCalculator database. If you get the following error: Could not load assembly 'TaxCalculator.Client'. Ensure it is referenced by the startup project 'TaxCalculator.RESTAPI', restart visual studio and run command again
