An updated, active branch of WpfPropertyGrid fully supporting localization.

Here are additions and changes:

• Now requires .NET 4.0+ (For DisplayAttribute)!!
• Added Localization support! DisplayAttribute and custom attributes are updated to support a resource file type.
• Custom property encryption and decryption on the UI level
• Various minor bug fixes and a few enhancements
• System.ComponentModel.DataAnnotations Validation support (IDataErrorInfo support from baks branch)
