A tabbed Windows Explorer accessible via a system-wide hotkey, similar to TotalFinder for Mac OS X.
FancyExplorer runs in the system tray. Right clicking its tray icon allows you to open the application preferences, or close the application. It can then be shown/hidden using the hotkey set in the preferences.
