NME2 - Network Mission Engine 2

Second attemp to write a server-client software to place simobjects in Microsoft Flight Simulator X via a remote interface.
Could be used to generate mission scenery for virtual airlines or stuff like that.

	Pushed all the existing client / server / management code.
	System should work "out of the box" now. Just missing some sql script to generate the database.
