Port of few controls of windows phone toolkit to Windows Phone 8.1 RT.
Currently it has only Rate Control and ExpanderView which I needed in one of my projects.

If you ported other controls or found bugs, feel free to contact me to add them.

###Sample Pull the source code and run samples project which contains sample page for each ported control.
