Repository to host the answers for the WooliesX Technical Challenge

Api for the test is hosted on http://woolies-test.azurewebsites.net/api/answers

I am targeting my implementation but that isn't optimal. Currently the implementation is giving lowest total based on special price but it will fail to optimize quantity.  If you want to run the project using the Woolies implementation of TrolleyCalculator, please change the registration in startup.cs (uncomment line 57-60 and comment line 39)
