Given the WeatherData.xml as an input please create an MVC4 web application which would provide 
the following functionality:
1)  A paginated list (ordered by station name) of distinct weather stations which contains:
   a.  Station name
   b.  Date and time of the last data record for this station
   c.  Latest temperature recorded for the station
2)  A station name should link to the station detail page which contains the following:
   a.  Lowest temperature recorded and time of the recording
   b.  Highest temperature recorded and time of the recording
   c.  Mean temperature recorded
   d.  A table with records history ordered by date and time in descending order
3)  Write a station search feature
