Simple WavefrontOBJViewer and rudamentary scene manager C# and OpenTK / OpenGL

This program is a basic skelleton of using the OpenTK 3d library wrapper for OpenGL, loading WavefrontOBJ files, textures, and displaying them in a simple scene.
