Analyzer for OpenTK (unofficial)

This analyzer improves your OpenTK code (fewer bug and guide).
Currently, this contains analyzers below.

• GL.Begin and GL.End comformity.
• Prevent mistakes of degree value and radian value in OpenTK Math Library.
• GL.PushMatrix and GL.PopMatrix conformity. Other Push Pop operators are also supported.
• Check lighting enabling by GL.Enable.
• Check GL.Light param(third argument) type is correct.

• Fix bug on minus prefixed value. (Analyzer for OpenTK Math Library)

• Check GL.Fog param(second argument) type and enum field are correct.
• Prevent mistakes of value in OpenGL library.
• Check binding buffer operators of OpenGL.
• Check OpenGL operators of generating and deleting buffer.

Improve constant value checking process with Semantic Model.

In appveyor.yml line 1, version is defined. And stage(alpha, beta or release) is on line 3. Relase Notes is on line 4.
