1. Clone repository to local machine
2. Install .NET Core 3.1 SDK (or later) to Windows machine (if not already installed)
3. Run dotnet run in command prompt

Follow build steps above, once it runs, open the project in Visual Studio Code with code . command, and use Debug -> Start Debugging (F5)
