1. Download repository.
2. Open in VS, and attempt to run it. It should fail to run, however this setup is necessary for the folders to be created.
3. Go to bin -> Debug -> netcoreapp3.1 and create a folder Data and put two files in it ~
   1. A token.txt containing the Bot token. This can be found from this site
   2. A sqlite file called rolex.db (If not present, EF Core should auto-generate it)
