.Net web application for learning

Initialize solution:

• Clone the repository
• Install npm packages --> npm install
• Restore npm packages --> npm restore
• Set "Reti.NewCondeco.Api" and "Reti.NewCondeco.PL" as a startup project
• Setup project url as "Reti.NewCondeco.Api" to "https://localhost:44394/" for avoid CORS
• Setup project url as "Reti.NewCondeco.PL" to "https://localhost:44374/"
• Execute db script for initial setup of database in "Reti.NewCondeco.Database"
