To get this back up and running, do these:

1) Assets -> Import Packages -> Particles
2) Assign the UDPPacketIO, OSC, and OSCTestSender scripts back to the OscSender GameObject in the Hierarchy
3) Assign the Floor Camera script back to the FloorCamera GameObject
