Demo Web API project

This is a sample project that allows end user to enter budget items. It uses REST Web API for data retrieval and manipulation and Entity Framework on LocalDb on the back end. Dependency Injection (DI) is done through AutoFac, and Unit Testing with NUnit and Moq.
