Multi-Criteria Decision Support System to Select a Product

With the rapid development of technology, the diversity of products and the enormous competition in the market, product selection process has become more complex for the user, and the decision to purchase the suitable product became one of the most important decisions the user make. This thesis presents a multi-criteria decision support system assists the user to evaluate and select the suitable product among several available alternatives. The evaluation process is accomplished according to the customer's requirements and personal preferences. The proposed system is based on the integration of appropriate decision-making techniques and artificial intelligence techniques.
