Getting Started with .NET Core, Docker, Mongodb, Specflow and RabbitMQ

1. Run docker-compose up
2. Run mongoProvisioning.ps1
3. Go to http://localhost:8080/swagger/index.html
4. When creating a new user, consumer_api will recieve the user json and log it to the console
