Setps to deploy the project.
1)First Create a database and the tables listed in the DhakaUniversityCyberCenterDataBaseSetup folder. 
  Then execute the tigger into that database
2) Create a connection with the database and the DhakaUniversityCyberCenterAdministratorSite web application then deploy it, into the server.
3) Create another connection with the database and the DhakaUniversityCyberCenterWCFServices then deploy the service into the server.
4) Create connection with the DhakaUniversityCyberCenterWCFServices and the DhakaUniversityCyberCenterUserApps application.
