To open the solution, open PersonnelData.sln under the PersonnelData project. To run the command line app, set the PersonnelData project as 'Startup Project' and click F5.

• Enter file name as Pipe.txt, Comma.txt, or Space.txt. These files are located in the Data Directory. You do not need to enter the path because the relative path is read from the App.config file.
• Then follow the displayed directions.

To run the the REST app, set the PersonnelDataREST project as 'Startup Project' and click F5.

• Enter some records and select a sort method. The sorted list should be displayed.
