This is a tic tac toe game.
The game is wrriten in c# with the winforms platform and .net 4.6.1 framework.
The game includes a start page and a game form.

Start Page: 
    Includes 4 buttons to start a game with 2 different modes:
        First mode- Against the Pc:
            3 first buttons directs to a game with the PC on 3 different difficulties:
                Easy, Intermidiate/Medium, Hard.
        Second mode- PVP (player vs. player):
        The 4th button indicates the game would be against another player on the same PC.
        
Game Form:
    Includes the game grid (a 3x3 grid for Xs and Os), a lable indicating who has the turn now and whether the PC is "thinking" about the next move.
    Also includes a Lable which indicating in which state the game finished and a clear button to clear the grid and start a new game at the same mode and difficulity.
    The background color changes in every mode and difficulity.
    
To play the game all you need to do is to start the application and choose the mode and difficulity you want to play.
