What it misses:

• Dashboard for patient

• Feature to delete the whole medical record entry and it's children

• Manage Identity Users from the admin dashboard

What it has:

• Database created and administered using Entity Framework ORM

• Three user roles (Admin, Doctor, Patient)

• Registration can be done only by admin

• Crud Operations on medical record
