A communication framework for Azure Function

1. Develope a communication framework to handle email, sms and postage delivery with failover to other delivery mechanism support.
2. Explore the use of the Azure Function and micro service architecture implementation.

Testing

There are mutilple ways to construct a unit test for the same Azure funtion

1. Mock test
2. Passing a real object excute the fucntion with compute emulator but storage emulator
3. API test with compute emulator and storage emulator
