exeを起動してフォルダから選択、又は、ドラックアンドドロップで画像ファイル(png、jpg、bmp etc)を読み込みます。 メニューからエンコードを選択して、オプションの設定をしてエンコードボタンを押すとエンコードが実行されます。
Start the exe and select from the folder, or read image files (png, jpg, bmp etc) by drag and drop. Choose the encoding from the menu, then set the options, and finally press the encode button to execute the encoding.
