1.Unzip the Files 2.Open a Command Prompt in the current folder 3.Type "msbuild LEM1.sln" 4.Once Build is complete Files will be avaialble in Debug Folder 5.Execute LEM1.exe 6.Give the Input file name 7.Give the output file name 8.Rules generation will start. 9.Output files will be created at the end of the execution.
