A MediaStreamingSource for playing Apple's HLS format under Silverlight.
Currently supports h.264 video and MP3 audio.
Doesn't handle multiple-bitrate files yet.

TODO:
 - Cleanup and separate the MSS from the demo player
 - Ensure AAC audio support
 - Add multiple-bitrate support
