Build solution to restore nuget packages

Set startup project to RiskAnalysis.Web

Open package manager console

Set default project to RiskAnalysis.DataAccess

Run command "update-database" in console window to setup database and seed data. Database name is RiskAnalysis

--if package manager shows error: "The term update-database is not recognized", then a restart of Visual Studio is required--

Once "update-database" has run, Click Run or F5 to run the application
