This is a problem for me because certain music players that I have go by Track number, which I prefer. But I needed an easy way to change a folder of files without having to do it manually. So here is a simple Windows Form application that will do it for you. You choose a folder, then it orders the files in a list by name. You can then move songs up and down as you please and then save the order. The tracks order will be updated.
