A windows application for controlling a ASCOM mount, given an observation schedule

To run:

1. Download repository
2. Install ASCOM Platform
3. Set up mount, and polar align using included *iPolar.exe
4. Generate observation schedule
5. Run TelescopeControl.exe
6. Select mount, schedule and exposure time. Ensure the zero position of the mount has been set
7. Start
