In order to compile the project, you should have (Microsoft Visual Studio)[http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Microsoft_Visual_Studio] installed.
If you do not have VS yet, you can downlaod Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 RC from here.
For your convenience, direct links are attached to download or install.

Once you have VS installed, you can run the project by either:

1. Run the open.cmd file, which will open the project inside Visual Studio. Than hit Ctrl+F5.
2. Run the run.cmd file, which will open the database and the website.
