Download this repository. Than download the zip file with the static framework of correct version from https://user.getyourmap.com/changelogs. Unzip this file and copy GLMap.framework to Xam-GLMap-iOS. Than copy files DefaultStyle.bundle and world.vm to folder Xam-GLMap-iOS/Resources. Compile it.

To run the demo, add a text file APIKey.txt to the folder Xam-GLMap-iOS-Demo/Resources/. This should contain a valid API key for GLMap. You get this from www.getyourmap.com.
