A simple user information application.
This app present user information read from CSV files in the format that is in the repository.
This app is not for commercial use.
it was created by me to practices implementing MVVM model and work with view list control in WPF.

• To load users to present in the app you need to use a CSV file with the same format as presented in the repository.
  
• To load the CSV file you will need to use the settings window and then load the users in the main window.
  
• After you loaded the list you can do edit delete and add users to it and after wards save it as a new file or overwrite the previous one.
